Akindele Kolade, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Kolade has over 20 years experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Kolade is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He also holds the American Psychiatric Association certification in psychiatric administration and management. Dr. Kolade attended medical school in the former Czechoslovakia, now Czech Republic. He received his General Psychiatric Residency at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville and later finished his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship program at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami. Dr. Kolade now holds clinical privileges with several partnering hospitals.
Dr. Carlos X. Montaño Jr., Program Director
Dr. Carlos obtained his Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, and holds a certification as a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC-V 123049-V). He has been working in the Chemical Dependency field since 2003. Having over a decade of experience in the field has led to his specialization in Relapse Prevention, Family Dynamics, and Group Counseling. He enjoys working with clients that have struggled in multiple treatment centers and helps clients rebuild their relapse prevention plan to have that chance of long term sobriety. His outgoing personality and caring attitude makes his group sessions both educational and enjoyable. Adrienne Stratton, Vice President of Outreach
Adrienne Stratton has over 25 years experience working in the Addiction Treatment field. She has worked for several major treatment facilities across the United States, and a celebrity owned facility in the Caribbean. During her career she has assisted many treatment centers in their branding campaigns, and helped to create revenue resources where few had existed previously. “Strategic relationship development” has been one of her strengths she brings to work everyday. She believes that she has endured this long due to her high ethical code, and maintaining an outstanding reputation within the field. Adrienne stated recently,” I am very happy to be back at Solid Landings to help in any way possible”.
Amy McKitrick, Admissions Coordinator
Amy has worked in the treatment industry in a couple of different capacities since 2013. Currently, Amy works in the admissions department managing the day-to-day activities including, screening potential clients, training Admissions Counselors and ensuring that the admissions department is maintaining compliance. Her strength lies in her ability to connect and reassure individuals and their family that seeking treatment is the right move and the first step on the road to recovery. With her knowledge of the various treatment programs she is able to identify the best treatment center for their individual needs.
